Healthy Breakfast Wheat Puffs Is This A Healthy Way?

Is this a healthy way? - healthy breakfast wheat puffs

Now I want to lose weight at least 5 pounds and now the winter vacation from school and I think is, I can. Or at least 2 pounds.

Do you think if I eat 1200 to 1500 calories per day.
for all grain cereal with raisins and 1% milk in them. Sometimes with a medium orange.
You do not know if I have lunch. But sometimes, like a curry or other foods of the day with two slices of bread.
I like to cook bananas for a snack before or after dinner with 3 slices of bread with my mother. Not too much. And it took me like more than 2 liters of water per day.

I am 250-300 abs one days, 50 squats, 50 to 100 jumps. And before going to bed to do a lot of extensions that my breath when I'm sweating. I can jog (or run away from weather and snow, but my mother will not let me go alone.)

Is that good I should be able to lose weight?

ps. Could you please tell me whether it is good to eat crab (whole wheat bread) Or is it? And cracks really help make your tummy flat? Chewing gum helps you 10 calories?

I really think you think much about the calories .... really necessary is to create the dietary intake reasonable and can be maintained throughout the year ...... Aim to lose about 1 kg per week .... more drinking water is unhealthy definitely help ... I also take pills of fish oil in the morning ...... Bread is not really good for you, at least not every day, from time to time is ok ... I like almost every 2 hours .... I have certain foods that I can get that are good for you ... Do not waste too much time thinking about what he eats .. I try not to eat more of them never good to eat, feel full, as it extends its stomach .... I also have green tea twice a day ... OK, no offense, you eat a lot. simply do not have much in one day.

Heres what I eat,

Wholemeal bread for breakfast
a sandwich and an apple for lunch.
after school and then maybe a tangerine.
after dinner. which is usually meat, vegetables and other side.

and I did not usually much harder to stomach and abs. I mean seriously. but stopped due to an injury, and my stomach is still quite flat.
